* We are looking for experienced Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Specialists having experience in domestic recruitment.
* 1-3 years working experience in the Recruitment field, either as a Recruiter or Sourcer & solid understanding of recruitment.
* Should have hands-on experience in End to End Recruitment: Managing end-to-end recruitments through sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, feedback collection, document collection, and post-offer follow-up till joining.
* Should have hands-on exposure working on job boards such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & other headhunting techniques.
* Identifying and processing the right candidate towards closure to achieve a positive conversion.
* Should maintain and update all MIS related to recruitment.
* Screening and selecting best-matched profiles and taking initial telephonic interviews.
* Briefing candidates regarding the job descriptions, company profile, and career perspective.
* Taking References and building a long-term relationship with candidates.
* Coordination with candidates and managers, scheduling interviews.
* Follow up with the manager to manage candidate feedback /selection.
* Following up with the selected candidates and ensuring their joining.
* Maintaining systematic and comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
* Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Candidates should be extremely motivated self-starters with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
